Deep within us is a desire to connect with truth, goodness, holiness, peace, and friendship, and to experience the radiance of God’s presence and purpose. For over 30 years Men’s Retreats have been gathering in Bethlehem’s quiet setting to explore our spirituality through a Christian lens. We nurture our souls and spirits through contemplation, song, prayer, humour, and the safety of sharing with other men who journey with us. There are opportunities for private contemplation, and time to enjoy the peace and beauty of Bethlehem. 

Here is what a few of the men have said about past Retreats: 

“This Men’s weekend was great on many levels. We explored a carefully chosen topic individually and together with other men, in small groups and large groups. The Bethlehem Centre has good food, private accommodation, and a wonderful location on Westwood Lake. It was a weekend of inspiration.”

The theme for each of the Men’s retreat weekends is usually selected about two months ahead of time, and the November theme will be shared on this website in early September.

Bursary support is available for those who need it. If the cost would be a barrier to your participation, please add the “optional bursary” item when you register. We ask that those who are able to pay the full fee do so, allowing this support to remain available for others in genuine need.
