Rainbow of Dharma: Buddhist Practice for Wisdom and Love with our LGBTQIA2S+ Communities
Please join us for a period of contemplative practice where we engage in mindfulness and heartfulness in relationship with our precious queer lives. We will practice being present during silent sitting, walking, eating, and resting. There will be guided meditations, dharma talks, and time for questions.
This retreat welcomes meditators who identify as LGBTQIA2S+. The retreat will be held in noble silence from the first evening until the last day, including a requirement to turn off and put away all electronic devices.
This retreat is not recommended for those who have recently experienced a traumatic experience or who otherwise have difficulty with silence.

Anushka Fernandopulle has trained for over 35 years in the Theravada Buddhist tradition in the U.S., India and Sri Lanka and teaches retreats and workshops around the globe.
