The Harmonic Presence work is designed to help participants awaken to presence through silent listening and discovering the harmonic essence of all musical sound. This presence is like the DNA of every sound we hear and is omnipresent in the universe—stretching back to the earliest cosmic microwave background (CMB) or what David calls the Big Ring, or the Word, or the primordial vibration itself. These cosmic harmonics still echo everywhere today, and every sound, song, or chant we make is a blend of these pure primordial harmonics. They ring within us like gentle bells of awakening.

This work invites you to explore the deep connections between sound, listening, meditation, and healing harmony. It nurtures fundamental qualities such as accompaniment, attunement, compassion, awareness, kindness, and thoughtful support of others. Together, we learn to live with attunement, harmonisation, and accompaniment—qualities present in almost every moment of life—and become more present and caring in each moment.

Through simple and accessible practices of the Harmonic Presence work, along with exploring panoramic listening and gentle meditation, participants will:

  • Learn Harmonic Chant techniques that highlight the voice’s vast natural spectrum
  • Experience deeper awareness of breath, body, sound, and silent listening
  • Explore the soothing “mmm” sound, the essence-hum of a human being
  • Discover how sound creates peaceful, immersive patterns that David calls sound mandalas
  • Cultivate compassion, wisdom, and a sense of community through shared harmonic presence

By gently tuning into these natural vibrations and harmonics, we open ourselves to a peaceful blend of compassion, wisdom, and awareness. This work offers a way to deepen your connection with yourself and others, helping you find calm and harmony in everyday life.
