Ralph Frank

Ralph is a retired psychotherapist who has been practicing Mindful Meditation since 2003. He has studied with renowned Buddhist monks and nuns at monasteries in Northern Thailand, as well as with numerous international teachers in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. He began his practice of Tai Chi with a celebrated master, Raymond Chung, in 1972.
Ralph has been teaching meditation to seniors since 2018. In his classes, Ralph brings the essential teaching of the Buddha into an easy-to-understand way for the Western mind, within an atmosphere of curiosity, humor, and creativity. As part of his classes, Ralph offers practical steps towards developing a short daily meditation practice that brings a pause to an overactive mind and a sense of being in love with this moment just as it is. Ralph was instructed to bring these teachings back to his community by Phra Ajahn Tong, a senior monk and teacher in Thailand.
