21 Stages of Meditation (Accommodations)
With Jay Suttonbrown
April 16 - 20, 2025
Come and embrace the 21 Stages of Meditation, a powerful Kundalini experience. The 21 Stages offers a systemic approach to realization and self-healing through meditation. Meditation is a continuous process that you enter again and again.
Connect to the Subtle Bodies of Yoga, the process of deep inner listening, a deep dive into felt sense, and the power of being you.
The 21 Stages of Meditation is comprised of three Journeys over five days.
- Journey One- The Crystallized Self (From Upset to the Experience of Self)
- Journey Two-The Expressive Self (From Rasa to Self-Expression)
- Journey Three- The Transcendent Self (From Presence to the Infinite Pulse)
“When we meditate we begin where we are as we are. Then we steadily sharpen our consciousness, clear our mind, and strengthen our body; this happens in stages. It doesn’t happen all at once nor can it be forced. Realization is the YOU within your works-and you can relax. Even though Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is the fastest path we know of, it still takes time and requires moving through the stages of development, continuously refining the skill of each stage.”
